Elephant Walks Again with Amazing Prosthetic Shoe

Chhouk is not your usual elephant. At 11 years old, living in Cambodia, he walks with a heavy, unique prosthetic shoe made from old car tires. Why? He But thanks to help from a UK wildlife park, he now has a new lease on life. They fund a new shoe for him every six months.
Cam Whitnall, who works at the UK park, visited Chhouk and saw how this shoe changes his life. The elephant can put it on almost like we wear our shoes! And, once it’s on, Chhouk is rewarded with his favorite treat: a tasty coconut.
