Baby Caught in Tornado Found Unharmed in Tree
fall apart: to break into pieces, stop working or become unable to continue
A baby boy, only four months old, survived a big tornado in Tennessee. During the storm in Clarksville, the tornado tore off the roof of the family’s house. It lifted the crib containing the infant into the air while his father struggled to hold onto it. The father, baby, and crib were spun in a circle by the twister before being separated. At the same time, the baby’s mom protected their one-year-old child while their house was falling apart. After the storm, the missing baby was found alive in a fallen tree. Sydney Moore, the baby’s mother, shared the miraculous story with CBS News. She said, “I was pretty sure he was dead and we weren’t going to find him, but he’s here, and that’s by the grace of God.”
