This Art Museum Invites You to Leave Your Clothes at the Door
stick out: to be very noticeable or different from the people or things around you
A museum in Marseille is offering a unique opportunity for visitors to explore its exhibition while completely nude, except for their shoes.
The exhibition shows 600 different artworks, including photographs, films, sculptures, and paintings. All of these pieces come from nudist communities in France and Switzerland. The idea is to let people connect with art in a new and natural way.
Visitors like Kieren Parker-Hall and Alex Parry from England said this was a “once in a lifetime” chance to experience art without clothes.
While being naked isn’t a requirement to see the art, wearing clothes might make you stick out. The museum says, “Anyone wanting to visit fully dressed during those hours might be considered a little odd.”
