Psychologists say experiencing awe has many benefits. It can improve our mental and physical health. It can also make us feel less anxious, more connected, and generally happier. Psychologists Keller and Monroy study the effects of awe. They say there are five main ways to experience this feeling: spirituality, music, dance, psychedelics, and nature.
