Is Bigger Always Better? See Inside This Two-Story Hummer!
behemoth: a very large and powerful thing or creature
The Hummer, a civilian version of a military vehicle, has always been a symbol of wasteful excess. These behemoths are large, heavy, and use lots of gasoline, but they are surprisingly not big enough for everyone. Sheikh Hamad bin Hamdan Al Nahyan has a Hummer that is three times the size of an ordinary one.
It’s 46 feet long and stands nearly 22 feet tall. It’s so large that each wheel has a separate engine. Inside is a two-story apartment with its own living room and toilet.
While Sheikh Hamad has the money to make any size car he wants, why anyone would want one so big remains a mystery.
