Quick-witted Boy Bites Poisonous Snake
A young boy from a village in India showed bravery and quick thinking when he was attacked by a snake. The 8-year-old boy, named Deepak, was playing in his backyard when the snake bit him. Instead of panicking, Deepak bit the snake back twice, killing it. He was taken to a doctor where he was treated. The medical staff said that it was a “dry bite.” This means that no venom was released. The quick-witted boy recovered quickly. He didn’t show any symptoms and went home the next day.
