work-life balance: the ability of employees to manage their work responsibilities with adequate time for rest, leisure, and personal relationships

Meanwhile, the South Korean government seems less concerned with work-life balance. South Korea already has some of the longest working hours in the world. Yet, the government will consider a proposal to increase the maximum legal working hours up to 69 hours a week.
