Dirty Dozen vs. Clean 15 Shopping Guide
The Environmental Working Group has published its 2023 Shopper’s Guide to Pesticides. It has two parts: the Dirty Dozen and the Clean Fifteen. The Dirty Dozen has twelve fruits and vegetables with a lot of pesticides. The Clean Fifteen, on the other hand, has fruits and vegetables with fewer pesticides. The EWG thinks it’s best to buy the Dirty Dozen fruits and vegetables that are organic. But it might be safe to buy non-organic Clean Fifteen foods.
